I was given Terry's name from Staples when I purchased a new laptop and needed it set up quickly. He set it up exactly like my old one and in a much shorter time frame than he had quoted. His price was very reasonable. He is very personable, has incredible patience, knows his stuff and is always only a phone call away.
I recently needed his help again, which we did remotely, after I had tried to do something on my laptop that I simply don't have the skills to do. He figured it out, answered my numerous questions in English (not computer speak) and fixed it as I watched. He also explained why and what he was doing.

Terry Arsenault has been a great help for me in that besides fixing my computer problems, and I had a list of them, he automatically instructed me how to avoid further self-same problems and how I could improve the use of the computer to its full capacity. A few months ago when our computer quit working, my husband and I became anxious as to how we would have it repaired especially as we are seniors. A few days earlier a friend had mentioned a person who repaired their computer in their home. We got the contact information and were so happy to have a pleasant polite knowledgeable gentleman come to our home and repair our computer.
Maybe there is someone else who might benefit from hearing of our experience to have someone we felt was trustworthy come to our home and charge an affordable amount rather than the awkwardness of transporting the computer for repair.
